    Just sold an account

    Just sold an account
Just sold one of my scammed accounts and I'm wondering, can they recall the money? I got screen shots and saved the whole convo, if they try to recall the money could I get it back? Don't really care about the loss of this account but I'm just wondering.

It will be a dispute, from him, click view details, or View Open Cases (if I remember correctly). Then it will say, but it doesn't matter whether it's unauthorized or not, he will keep his money unless it was from a donation page, or something else of the sort I suppose.

This is the Email, I erased some info.
    Code:
has opened a dispute over the payment made to you on Nov 20,
2008 indicating that they never received the item.

    -----------------------------------
    Transaction Details
    -----------------------------------

    Buyer's Name:
    Buyer's Email:
    Buyer's Transaction ID:

    Transaction Date: Nov 20, 2008
    Transaction Amount: -$250.00 USD
    Your Transaction ID:
    Case Number:
    Your Transaction ID:
    Buyer's Transaction ID:
    Disputed Amount: -$250.00 USD
    - The disputed amount has been temporarily deducted from your account until
    the dispute is resolved.

By opening this dispute, is asking for your help to resolve
this issue. This is your best opportunity to resolve this problem before
the buyer escalates it to a PayPal claim or files a chargeback with their
    card issuer.

    -----------------------------------
    What To Do Next
    -----------------------------------

Most of the time, disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably by
communicating with the buyer in the Resolution Center. There, you'll be
able to review the dispute details, post messages back and forth with the
buyer, or ask PayPal to decide the case by escalating this dispute to a
    claim.

To learn more about PayPal's dispute resolution process, log in to your
account and click the Tutorials link on the Resolution Center tab.

    -----------------------------------
    Time frame
    -----------------------------------

can escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim at any time until
Dec 10, 2008. On that date, this dispute will automatically close.

We encourage you to respond to the buyer as soon as possible. A buyer who
feels that you are working with them to resolve a problem is less likely to
escalate a dispute to a claim.

    Thank you,

EDIT: Is there any legit websites that sell virtual bank accounts? Because I tried the VCC and it didn't work.

Click "More Details" and it should say which TYPE of dispute. If it's a regular one they can open another.
