[Suggestion] Gamecard/Account-Giveaways (Leecher prevention)

Hey guys. This is my suggestion thread on how to prevent that the gamecards you give away arent leeched by some lazy leecher.

First. Look that you have Gamecards/Accounts (Scammed or not). When you now create your thread post in it: Giving away (For example) 5EU, 7US Gamecards, 2EU Accounts. Give them away to guys with over 20 rep (For example)
Will be given away like this: The first guy who posts: "Give me a EU Gamecard PLEASE" will recieve an EU Gamecard per PM. Thats a lot effort for the threadstarter, yes, but the guys who deserves and recieves the gamecard will be happy if its a working one.
This will prevent you from beeing leeched.

No. I dont mean me with give rep and so on. Dont infract me for "silent asking for rep"

Edit: Way to give them away: Post what you have. Set the +rep limit (How much rep the guys who will recieve the GC/Acchave to have for example 20+rep).
Now the first guy posts:
sheepking Reputation: 28 (Doesnt have to be posted, can be read in the Avatar-Bar)

Message: Please (This is the most important: say "please", be polite) give me an EU Gamecard.

Now you could send a Gamecard to this user or define a reason why you dont do it. Leechers under the +rep Limit will be ignored if they request.

Now there will be other posts like

sheepkingthebest (Name invented) reputation: 1337 (Invented also)
Message: please gimme an US gamecard. THX. (This one you could give an US gamecard for example)

If you now run out of cards, just write that you dont have any cards / accounts anymore and requests for that will be ignored or prefered till you have some again.

+Rep is actually disabled in the section because you can just scam 9001 accounts & gamecards and post them in giveaways to get rep, which is not the purpose of the system.
Also, if you GIVE AWAY something means that you shouldn't (expect to) get something in return.

I dont say the gamecard/account deserves the rep, I mean the Effort the threadstarter does to contrib to the community, but I'll take this part out, otherwise mods will close my thread.

I noticed how you said "Give them away to guys with over 20 rep" and you have just a little over 20 rep.

I had 34 before MMOwned crashed. But I dont care what the Limit is. This is just my suggestion

This is purely of the thread creators' decision. It doesn't matter if he/she wants to give it out to Leechers or 'People with over 20 Rep'
