When you opened the live chat, which options did you pick from the list of issues to ask for help? I used accounts and billing.

So the GM I spoke to gave me some BS response about the Devs not being able to fulfill such a request. How do I get to a live chat to take care of this? In the meantime I've reopened my ticket.

You have to have some sort of grievance, I told them that I would not play or pay for anything else from them because I lost about 30k PvP kills when they implemented the statistics/achievements system and that I wanted compensation to continue playing. The GM was pretty quick to offer a pet or mount from the store. I hope this helps.
