There are many approaches you can take when you get a reply like that. What I would personally do is keep a professional approach, but with the reply express your sadness/anger about there actions. Try to get an upper hand and bombard them with facts and stress you have evidence (even though you don't, its unlikely they will ask for it). For example, if you said "oh I got hacked" say you have proof of the infection and that it done damage - try to stress this on the reply. But also with facts you could say you got infected with a RAT, which can remotely control your computer.

If you are feeling brave you could even threaten to go to a WoW press and say how heartless Blizzard are to innocents. I havent personally tested that method but Blizzard appears to be pretty defensive over what gets published online.

I can't really offer a template for a reply. Mostly because accounts are banned for all sorts of reasons and ideally they would require an diffrent response. I think I will spend time improving the reply section in the guide over the next week or so.

I have my account perma ban, once the ticket submited (translated in French first ), I had an answer, my account has been removed to 72h ban for Software exploitation or smth (instead pf perma ban gold selling)

Accounts that had been banned long time ago like 2 years or even more have a chance of getting unbanned, blizzard sometimes gives an second chance if you email them some mails (even more) and write an good apology for breaking the terms of agreement and saying that you are sorry, they do this unbans usually soon after a new expansion launches, soo if you got banned some time ago you should try this.
Also on the side note i got my account closed (not suspenede but closed aka perma ban) i am somehow sad but not rly because when i started to bot i was aware that i might get banned anytime and i accepted this fact.

I recieved an response on my ticket about my perma ban, they will not unban me. it seems that some blizzard game masters are ignorants and even if u give them a good explanation they don't actially care, my email was about as long as max characters allowed in the ticket (site form) and i backupped all my arguments needless to say their answer was that they consider this situation closed and that i shouldn't bother them with my ban.

Gonna try it with my acc that got banned jan. 2010 for the use of lua ninja (was caught in the ban wave). acc was banned with use of warden, not player report, does that matter?

You do know that Blizzard always checks ur IP before they ban an account. by doing this they finds out if it was you or another person on the account. If it was you like ur explaining here there is no chance of getting it back.

They may check your IP address, but not everyone's IP address that blizzard sees is the IP address we actually use. If we are on a private network (AKA your home router system) they will not see your actual computer's IP address. I had an account unbanned back in '09 by showing them my ip config from my command prompt showing them my IP as part of my argument. Worked, but got banned from selling gold. OH well

Having skim read, this has previously worked twice for me. Acting ignorant almost never works; You have more of a chance getting unbanned by showing remorse than acting ignorant.

since me.. ive got banned with the Bannwave of the *Quest Sharing Exploit* and making EPIC fails by writing the Ticket To blizzard... :X

and however.. try again and again like me.. anytime Blizzard goes OoM or you get a friendly Gamemaster ^^

IMPORTANT!!:
if you say you where hacked pished or your Bro had Stolen your account.. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD before writing the Ticket!!
... maybe that give you better chances for Access

I guess its possible. If you tried everything else you could express your regret, sadness and shame. However, I would only recommend it as a last chance tactic.
