There are many approaches you can take when you get a reply like that. What I would personally do is keep a professional approach, but with the reply express your sadness/anger about there actions. Try to get an upper hand and bombard them with facts and stress you have evidence (even though you don't, its unlikely they will ask for it). For example, if you said "oh I got hacked" say you have proof of the infection and that it done damage - try to stress this on the reply. But also with facts you could say you got infected with a RAT, which can remotely control your computer.
If you are feeling brave you could even threaten to go to a WoW press and say how heartless Blizzard are to innocents. I havent personally tested that method but Blizzard appears to be pretty defensive over what gets published online.
I can't really offer a template for a reply. Mostly because accounts are banned for all sorts of reasons and ideally they would require an diffrent response. I think I will spend time improving the reply section in the guide over the next week or so.
