I am sorry to hear that. Did you copy & paste the email provided in the eBook or did you twist it/make up your own?
What other emails have you sent Blizzard? Sending to many emails with different styles, storys etc could have a effect on the chance of retreving your account back.

How the **** do you open that PDF file? So annoying, i've already downloaded "Adobe_Acrobat_X_Pro-AkamaiDLM" , and i have the adobe reader since i can watch vids on utube, wtfff? Can't open it, help me i really wanna see if this is useful, then i will +rep u

To open .PDF files you can use Adobe Reader Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions which is the official application for this format.

I beleave youtube videos use Adobe Flash Player, not reader

3 years is rather a long time . As a account ages, I feel that there is less chance to get it back. Keep trying though. Blizzard may one day give in^^.
