Getting Valor Points quickly as a tank.

First, wait until you need a daily, queue and wait until you it says "Dungeon in progress at the top"

What will happen:
You'll have a really good chance of getting in an instance that's nearly completed, meaning waste little to no time in the instance, and can get your daily finished in only minutes.

Things to know:
* Works with multiple people, no more than 3 others.
* You may have to continuously queue, but it will eventually appear. Just leave the queue if it doesn't show up.
* Works much easier with the less you have, more likely with less people (less time wasted finding an in progress queue).
* Saves you tons of time.

In my experience I found that the groups I joined that were in progress can't get the first/second boss down. And you get stuck with a group of fools that can't finish the dungeon.

But I could just be really unlucky

Something also good to note, is that you'll most likely not receive the Deserter Debuff if you leave. As long as ~15 minutes or so has passed (which in 95% of the cases it has), you'll be clean to leave and only be on your 15 minute cooldown. I've actually never even had deserter from leaving in progress dungeon, so it may not apply anyways since someone had to have left!...

Thanks, I'm not sure why I've never really connected the dots on this one before, it makes sense - however it is NOT common sense.

I cleaned up all the idiot comments about this being common sense, because in truth it's those people who are LACKING common sense.

Common sense is: not trying to take a nap on the kitchen stove while it's red hot.
Common sense is NOT: finding a loop hole in a LFD system for hopefully faster runs.

I'm going to be infracting anyone who keeps going about posting "common sense" in threads that don't deserve it.

I'm a tank, and I knew that since the expansion came '-.- so, theres the good side that you queue for a group with at least the first boss killed, but the bad side is that normally the healer was VERY bad, or the dps was VERY bad to someone have leave and I think thats + wipes, + headache, + time.
But just my concept.

This to me common sense, not my beaf with it tho. I actually leave queue most of the time when the dungeon is in progress, as useally there is a good reason the tank leaves, noob dps, noob healer. Tanks get insta queues i get a fail group i just leave cause i dont wait 40 minutes, so as this can save time, it may also cost time too. Somewhat a gamble.

Honestly, in every situation I've found, they praise the new tank. The reason being, most of the tanks are bad, since that job isn't as easy for newer players, which seems to be a majority of tanks at the moment.
