Ban Information plz!

Hello fellow mmowned members,
I was playing this morning on my account when i got disconnected:S
I tried to log on and I discovered that my accout was banned..
The evidcent reason is the scams ive done and 1 mistake i must have made while doing them ><
My question is, if blizzard ban you for scam, does your account get perma ban right way or is there a way to recover it/is it a 72hban?

The irony of the situation is... i had lvled my first lvl70 on my this account to play with my bro!! lol owned

What does it say when you login?

1. If it says "Temporarily suspended", it has a 3-72hour ban.
2. If it says "Closed and no longer available for use" it is permabanned.

omg...its a permaban...i guess theres no way to argue with Gm or come up with some excuse?

The chars aren't deleted, but you'll never see them again. (Maybe you could ask for a unban service, depends on that what you've done)

explain excatly what has happened to the account, botting, powerleveling etc. it is possible to get your account back but probably only if diffferent IPs have accessed it.
