Thanks stone! please report back if it works for you also
If you're subtle about it, they'll never call you out on it. For example, when I needed an item changed I simply said things like "I'm now stuck with this item." When my guild master vanished off of the face of the earth and we needed guild possession transferred, we wrote things like "This has stuck us in an awfully difficult situation." Etcetera.
Gold for the first ticket you make it is probably good that you do that
Never put suicide into a ticket =/... Comes back aboust some shit about suicide is a serious matter and GMs arnt equipt to handle it. then they send you an email with suicide helpline phone numbers and shit... Makes me lol everytime I put a ticket in though.
The word "Hacking" works too.
my tickets usually go something like this:
"Hi! me and my guild members are really stuck with this issue.
(issue here)
were Stuck and don't know what to do about it. i think (something related to the issue) is hacking lol
thanks in advance for your help, we would be completely stuck without you!!!"
I personally wouldn't use suicide, murder, kill, rape or emergency in a ticket. the trick is to WEAVE THEM IN so they seem like it could just be normal speech patterns. how do you weave the aforementioned words into a sentence about being stuck without sounding like a lunatic?
