Problem with paypal

So I just sold an account that I have and I went to buy some gamecards from a website but when I get to the checkout it says that my paypal account is limited and I need to verify my location and add a CC and bank account and all this? Why did this happen so fast like this and is there any way I can use that money?

Is it a canadian paypal? Did the buyer of your account file a dispute?

Yes it is a canadian paypal and no the buyer has not filed a dispute.

Well I've heard that for some reason they get limited really quick.... Um... are you on a proxy that changes the ip?

I was using Tor proxy

Yeah well tor changes the ips every 15 minutes. It made have seen an ip change and limited it.

Do what it says. Add a cc and verify location.
