Greatly quicken [GM] ticket response

Okay, firstly I apologize if this is in ANYway related to someone else's contribution.

Now for the goods:

Not 100% yet until after patch, but...

1. Open GM ticket....
2. Log out for about 3-5 minutes (After patch I'm testing this)
3. Log back in

Now, your ticket will be responded to alot quicker.

Did this so far on about 5 characters over a span of maybe 2 months. Full testing when realms are back up.

And I'll try to add some SS.

I shouldn't classify this as an Exploit, yet I don't really know where it DOES belong, maybe a guide? Would be nice if it works, don't really see a logic explanation for it but still would be nice.

My best guess, assuming it does work, is that when you file a ticket, and log, it's escalated, due to assuming there was some form of bug disconnecting you, locking the client, what have you.

would be a bit stupid.. what if u keep dc'ing on that toon so u have to file the ticket on another toon??

dont u think gm's just have gotten faster last months? i dont do many tickets but the 2 ive done the last months was both answered pretty fast and i just played on like normal in both cases

i dont think the GM response is actually faster i think ur ticket just stays in the same order when u logged out and by the time u have logged back in it has moved up in order bu quite a bit

I did write a ticket to GM yesterday and logged out to level a new about 10 minutes I got answer from GM on the new char. Maybe it goes faster.

Odd...I don't know how that would make them respond faster, if anything I think it would push you back further in que for tickets...oh well, I'll try it, thanks.
