I am the webmaster of one of the biggest twinking community. There are hunderds of hardcore twinks comming on my discussion boards. They have tested it and it is not possible

Will test it if I have the opportunity, because this would just go against the game mechanics. The enchant says req. lvl 60+ item. The item says iLvl 60. Why would it NOT work? The only thing might be Blizzard did not update a tooltip of either the Dangui or the enchant.

Hey .. nice guide i also just started lvl 10 twinking myself - but im pretty sure of you can get 12 dodge on the cloak? s:

And yes .. Haste does work like that 10 haste = 26%
