Battered Hilt solo farm.

Tryed this as a balance druid and a Destro Warlock both SUX ASS.

Destruction warlock is not meant for solo'ing, it's utter fail for even trying, really Unless you like spending money on repairs.

After reading the WoW forums, there seems to be suspicion that the hilt may not be dropping AT ALL as of now. Does anyone have proof of getting one AFTER the hotfix off of any mobs?

On the WoWarmory the Hilt is at 1-2% drop rate, Which, clearing all trash, Should be at max 2 PoS for 1 Drop, Or 100 Skeles. I have to agree with you here. But once was put up on the AH on my server a few hours ago but it could of been opbtained before the HF.

But that was off one of the Flambearers before the tunnel on PoS

I dont know when the hotfix was, but I can confirm one dropped around 4AM EST December 12, US Server.

Yes some of my guildies have gotten lucky (unlike me) and got it on their 3rd run (not off a skeleton), it still drops but it's just f'd up. Why can't blizzard at least announce that it can't drop from the skeletons instead of letting hundreds of people waste their time on killing mobs that possible don't even drop it.

Although after all they don't give a crap about how we spend our time as long as we pay our gametime.

absolutly confirmed, same happened to me. In the 3rd run, one Battered Hilt dropped for me from the skelletons at ~3AM 12/13/09 (european time).

Must of been my 500th Skele now No Drop. The fact that even though the drop rate is meant to be 1-2% I think I can safely say no. These do not drop off Skele anymore or I am rather unlucky.
