Warden is constantly updated, Blizzard adding more and more programs to the list of things it detects. Blizz watches these forums, they watch all those other sites too. they download and analyze all your hacks and they add them, quietly, to Warden's watch lists.
"Lol. If dey iz watchun Y they not banz me, lol"?
Because they are making a list and checking it twice. Blizz will ban you for egregious hacking immediately, but they prefer to wait, watch, and let you hang yourself high. Then they lump all the damned into one ban wave and crush you at once.
"Lol, but my hax is gud, U dont kno nuthin bout how kewl this is".
Good or not, if it's online and downloadable they have it, and they will add it to Warden.
"How do U kno that? U Ain't so smart".
I was a member of the J.E.D. (Java Enabled Diablo) development team back in the Diablo 2 days. We invented several ways to avoid being caught, everything from randomized scripts to intelligent timing and randomized memory allocation. We built version after version of Jed trying to stay undetectable, but eventually every build was detectable. it's a lot of work staying ahead of the man, and it's only a matter of time from when the hack goes live till it's being watched.
Warden is several steps past what they had back on B-net, It's a much tougher opponent.
If you use the third party programs for benefit, speedhacks, Glider, or whatever, you will be banned.
Trust me.
