Before you QQ/flame/whatever know that this is taken from Fool for Love -- World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Vault I did not create any of this. I am taking no credit at all for the information here. I am simply sharing it with those here.




Fool for Love
This achievement requires you to complete the sub-achievements list below. The reward is 10 achievement points and the title ‘The Love Fool’.


Nation of Adoration (Alliance / Horde)
Travel to any major city of your faction. Visit an innkeeper with a heart over their head and purchase cologne and/or perfume and a bunch of Love Tokens. Use the cologne or perfume on yourself then go find an NPC (usually guards) with a heart above their head. If the NPC is female, use cologne. If the NPC is male, use perfume. The gender of your character does not matter. Make sure you have room in your inventory then speak with the guard and give them a love token. One of three things will happen.
1. If you don’t have the Adored debuff, you will receive and Gift or Pledge of Adoration and will be given the Adored debuff.
2. If you do have the Adored debuff, you will receive a Gift or Pledge of Friendship.
3. You will get nothing except a Heartbroken debuff. This debuff will prevent you from giving Love Tokens to NPCs for 60 minutes. This debuff can be removed if a player uses an Unbestowed Friendship Bracelet on you.
For the achievement, you need to get a Gift or Pledge of Adoration from (Alliance)Stormwind, Ironforge and Darnassus OR (Horde)Orgrimmar, Undercity and Thunder Bluff. You will need to give love tokens to guards as often as you can in order to get Gift/Pledge of Adoration. From these Gifts/Pledges you will receive nearly all the other items you need for this achievement. You will need:
* 20 Unbestowed Friendship Bracelets
* 11 Handful of Rose Petals
* Box of Chocolates (1 each of Buttermilk Delight, Sweet Surprise, Dark Desire and Very Berry Cream that can drop from this)
* 10 Silver Shafted Arrows
* 10 Love Rockets
* Bag of Candies (1 each of the 8 different kinds of candies that can drop from this)
* 5 Love Fool


Nearest and Dearest (Alliance / Horde)
1. Travel Stormwind(Alliance) or Undercity(Horde). Get the quest Dangerous Love(Alliance)/Dangerous Love(Horde). Give tokens to NPCs while under the effect of the Adored debuff until you have all the cards you need for this quest. Now go turn in.
2. Get Artisan’s Hunch(Alliance)/Fenstad’s Hunch(Horde). If you don’t have it already, go purchase cologne and perfume from an innkeeper and turn in the quest.
3. Get and go turn in Morgan’s Discovery(Alliance)/Zinge’s Assessment(Horde).
4. Get and turn in Tracing the Source1(Alliance)/Tracing the Source1(Horde).
5. Get and turn in Tracing the Source2(Alliance)/Tracing the Source2(Horde).
6. Get The Source Revealed(Alliance)/The Source Revealed(Horde).
7. Travel to Hillsbrad Foothills and make your way into the mountains surrounding Ravenholt Manor. See Map. Turn in your quest to Staffron.
8. Click on the cauldron and complete the quest it offers.


My Love is Like a Red, Red Rose (Alliance / Horde)
Red Bouquets of Roses drop from the Archivist in Strat, Ravenoak in Dire Maul, Princess in Blackrock Depths and Lorekeeper in Scholo. Black Bouquets of Roses drop from Maiden in Halls of Stone, Prince in Utgarde Keep, and Prince in Ahn’kahet: The Old Kingdom. You only need to get one kind of bouquet for this achievement.


Heartmender (Alliance / Horde)
You will need 20 Unbestowed friendship bracelets from Gift/Pledge of Adoration. I recommend hanging out in Ironforge/Stormwind/Darnassus or Orgrimmar/Undercity/Thunder Bluff to find players with the broken heart debuff. Use your bracelet when you have them selected.


Sweet Tooth (Alliance / Horde)
Eat a Buttermilk Delight, Sweet Surprise, Dark Desire and Very Berry Cream. All of these have a chance to drop inside a Box of Chocolates, which you can get from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration.


Flirt with Disaster (Alliance / Horde)
If you are alliance, find Sraaz the Pie Vendor who wanders around the Great Forge in Ironforge. If you are horde, find Jeremiah Payson the Cockroach Vendor in the center of Undercity. Get completely smashed by binge drinking some booze(in game ya noobs!), apply some perfume/cologne if needed, throw a handful of rose petals at Sraaz/Jeremiah then /kiss him. A Handful of Rose Petals comes from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration. You can purchase perfume/cologne from any Innkeeper in your faction’s major city.


Shafted! (Alliance / Horde)
Shoot 10 players with Silver Shafted Arrows. The Arrows come from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration.


Lonely? (Alliance / Horde)
Romantic Picnic Baskets can be obtained from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration. You don’t need to own one to complete this achievement. Simply wander around Dalaran until you find a player who’s sitting at a picnic and click on their basket to join them.


The Rocket’s Pink Glare (Alliance / Horde)
Shoot 10 Love Rockets. Drops from Gift/Pledge of Adoration.


Fistful of Love (Alliance / Horde)
You can obtain a Handful of Rose Petals from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration. Use the rose petals on a Gnome Warlock, Human Death Knight, Night Elf Priest, Draenei Paladin, Dwarf Hunter, Orc Shaman, Tauren Druid, Troll Rogue, Undead Warrior and Blood Elf Mage. I recommend hanging out at the Violet Gate in Dalaran where people portal into the city. I would also recommend Wintergrasp or any Battleground if you’re having trouble finding the class/race combos you need.


Be Mine! (Alliance / Horde)
You can get a Bag of Candies from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration. They have 10 charges and can be used to create a random heart candy. Use your bag and hope for the best until you get a candy of every kind!


I Pitied The Fool (Alliance / Horde)
You have a chance to get a Love Fool from a Gift/Pledge of Adoration. Simply travel to Wintergrasp, Gurubashi Arena, The Culling of Stratholme, Arathi Basin Blacksmith and Naxxramas. When you arrive at each location, use your Love Fool then target him and /pity him.
