Need Help, Acc Transfer.

I recently scammed a guy off 3 70's on one account. Fully epic'd. I tried to transfer to my account and it said "The destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer. " can somebody help please?

EDIT: I just realized they have to be under the same name >.<.

i think its the same last name, dunno if the transfer to trial to main works anymore, u could always try to call blizzard up and pose as stutterer, tell em ur e-mail has been hacked and u need to change it to another, if the guy doesnt have an id card or the cd key left u got urself an account. be aware this hardly ever works but who knows u might just find another rookie in the blizz hq
