Thanks!! I read thru the comments and i can`t stop thinking what the hell is wrong with these people?! I`ve also posted some good stuff and got flamed and no rep to show for it. Repping this much for posts like this will only bring a wave of terrible posts from people just wanting fast rep. Thumbs up for the guy trying to contribute, but it`s not good enough to rep.

lol i were a lvl 44 and asked the guildmaster if i could have 87Gold for my mount and that i were going to pay him back with my main (lvl 70) he said ok i scammed him and he promoted me and i riped of the guild bank and i did so for 3 weeks and than the Guild master talked to me and said : Hey, Stop! dont take everything from the guild and i kept going in 1 more week and he kicked me

The key to being an officer in the guild is to attend regularly scheduled raids, know your playing class, help others out with information, and be sophisticated enough to type correctly (grammar, please).

There are also other ways, but this is just a couple of vague ways to do it.

My tips to become an officer in less than a week.

1) Be a tank or a healer, much better to be a tank.
2) Take a week holiday from your life
3) Play like 12/24
4) Your answer to ANY request will be chosen between:
- a) YES
- b) I'm in
- c) I'm available
5) Give ALL of your playin' time to the guild members
6) Be active on the guild forum (NO. Spam is not the best way)
7) Always be sure to show your noble soul on the guild channel, you will wisper only to reply the GM

lol =p it's easy for me to get to a high rank on a guild, I'm a girl so officers/guild master will just start hitting on me...I play along (laugh a little on the inside) and BOOOM guaranteed spot on raids, free to ninjalog raids if I want to etc ^.^

This all depends on the guild master, come put people with leader skills in officer positions, raiding guilds, sometimes you will be promoted for being a "uber l33t face pwner" Aka, a PvP guild. But most of all guild masters like intelligent, kind and helpful people in higher ranks.
