This could work in some cases. But I honestly feel being yourself, or actually acting a little stupid and random at right times and being serious at times is the way to go. just take serious part in looking into guild aspects and take an interest in what you are doing as a guild. But don't be zomgwtfbbqsuace serious, have fun playing with people in your guild. Thats really how to get on the good side of your guild leaders, no idea if you'll get an officer rank. but you will enjoy your time in a guild more

Presenting oneself by saying "yo, home skillet" and the way you offered have no real difference.

The key to being an officer in the guild is to attend regularly scheduled raids, know your playing class, help others out with information, and be sophisticated enough to type correctly (grammar, please).

There are also other ways, but this is just a couple of vague ways to do it.

all u have to do is offer to run low lvls through instances and always be talking with ppl the guildleader will feel like alot of ppl like you and after a week just ask him how u get promoted and usually tell me that i am long past due for a promotion and i usually get access to the gbank
