Recall battle?

Ok I've recently scammed about 2 accounts that I want to keep. I've gotten both of the emails changed to my own and I know full info. But the thing is, how do I prevent the owners from recalling the accounts? Can I call Blizzard up and tell them to somehow prevent this? If not, won't we just be recalling the account over and over again? I know one possible solution is to buy a new WoW account with the same name and xfer it over there, but I'm not a big fan of spending money for that. Please list some suggestions for what step I should take next

I think if you got the emails changed, their chances of recalling the account successfully are very low..

There's no other chance than Xfering, however you can hope he won't recall at all
