DISCLAIMER: I take half credit, and shove the other half at Blizzard. Most of these strats are fully original.
So, you are a paladin. A noob paladin, let's say. Tired of being kicked in the ass? Follow this guide to learn to destroy your enemies..I mean, *cough* "vanquish your enemies in the name of the light". Yeah, that's it.
I. WARRIOR
This is similar to a warrior vs warrior battle. Only heal if you are on the brink of death. Use your crusader seal often, and keep whacking the Warrior. This is a wildcard battle, depending on equipment, skill, and weapons.
II. WARLOCK
Tough battle. You want to activate Resistance Aura as soon as you see a warlock. It won't help too much, but it's always good to have some extra protection. You'll want to make sure you have a fast weapon. Start with Divine Shield to protect against his debuffs. Then, pummel the Warlock with as much damage as you can create while using some holy spells. If you are in a BG, whack the warlock once, wait for him to fear you, get some other guys to kill him and get the HK.
III. SHAMAN
This can either be a tough cookie or a piece of cake. The only problem are things such as the EArthbind Totem. Again, activate Resistance Aura and beware Frost Shock. Damage totems are trivial; the shaman is the real target. With melee shamans, activate Devotion Aura. You don't want to be smacked hard by a shaman's big 'ol hammer. Aside from that, conserve mana and use it only for occasional seals and healing.
IV. ROGUE
You had better hope you are wearing your heaviest armor. You'll need it when a Rogue sears your armor and continues to harass you. Rogues are almost as tough as warlocks. Divine Shield is a lifesaver, and you might want a partner. Rogues, being a DPS class, have good chances of killing you.
V.PRIEST
Fighting an unarmored pally with the exception of Fear. You can easily solo priests; continue to beat them down. To avoid the fear effect, cast Divine Shield and hope you kill them before it wears off. Fear will simply make the battle longer.
VI. PALADIN
As with the usual Class vs Class battle, although for me, skill isn' a factor. It depends who beats whom down faster. That's all I can say.
VII.MAGE
You definately want Resistance Aura activate. You'll be using healing and offensive magic a lot here, so be sure to keep some potions handy. Start with shielding and beat down the mage as fast as possible before he Frost Novas you. When that happens, whip out a ranged weapon or cast spells on him. If you're still alive by the time Frost Nova wears off, kill the mage as quickly as possible. If they manage to slow you down and fire spells at you again, its over.
VIII. HUNTER
This can be easy or hard, depending on how you play. You might need an extra partner to take down the pet, although it isn't necessary. Activate Retribution Aura and use Hammer of Justice on the pet to get a small opening at the hunyer. You might want a blessing of might, but aside from that just beat the hunter down. As I said, this may be a little tough without some help.
IX. DRUID
Depending on what druid you're fighting determines the length of this battle. If its a bear druid, its a straight out tank battle. Use Hammer of Justice and maybe holy strike. Follow rogue tips for cat form, although ignore the part about heavy armor. If it is a caster, use spells when he entangles you, then close in for the killing blow.
