Not that i don't want to use it, right after i logged in, i got disconnected. Is this a error when you do this?

Not just once i got disconnected, like 5-6 times....eh...

You usually get disconnected when the clients sends or receives too much data. The server just measures overall traffic (like all combat data + all npc + character data to display those around you + all chat + all addon communication, since they use the chat) so that the use of an addon can disconnect you, regardless of the intention.

The security problem now is more in the unreadble code (copyprotection: security by obscurity), since you cannot easily see if they use some kind of interface bug to harm you, usually this shouldn't be possible however, which is why addons in .xml + .lua's are usually save. (Since no .exe involved no keylogger, trojan or other security risks on that level).

The problem is now, that the crack is based on a lua script, which changes the original carbonite.lua to be registered to you. Therefore you need some kind of executable which runs my lua code. Here is now the problem: If I'd just put a .exe in there you couldn't be save it doesn't install a keylogger to grab your wow PW, hence the advice to get it from a trusted source. For those who trust me (LOL) there is however a "Lua.ex_" in there which you can just rename to "Lua.exe" and use it, but if you continue to run every .exe delivered with a crack...

it works fine for me but i tried to share with a friend and it wont work

there is a special Char in the server name Mal'Ganis this isnt the problem i edit by hand in the carbonite.lua and it worked for me but my friend had a special char in the name Gohnîn "^ + i = î" and this wont work with the lua script ingame

addon is registered to Gohn?n at Mal'Ganis

or the following Charname: MagteriD "at the charcreation" ingame Magterid
to what i must register the addon to MagteriD or Magterid

For all the people who can't get the "Carbonite.lua" created, just rename the lua-wow.exe to lua.exe in the Batch file it's named to execute lua.exe now lua-wow or whatever it was called, cheers ^.^

Okay, long story short.. My MS in a server gets owned when i'm using this... I MEAN OWNED it goes all the way to 5.5k ms in about 10 seconds after starting the game, no- it's not my connection. It's just rolling my ass soon as i begin to play (Carbonite) after removing it the ms problem stopped, but this addon owns so can someone help me thing of a way to fix this?

Question though, how do i get it to work when my realm name has a ' in its name ? i can get it to work for other characters on another account with a standard realm name but with the realm name:
