Hello Everyone!

I am posting here cause I recently stumbled upon an addon that's been rolling on my head and I just can't stop thinking about it, that would be Carbonite

The thing about carbonite is that you have to pay 1 dollar a month to use it (I don't mind, really, but I am 15 and don't have access to a credit card, I had to beg for like a month so I could even get WoW in the first place)

Anyway, I'm wondering...Does anyone have this addon (and is that anyone willing to share it? ) Cause this can be done easily.

The thing with this addon is that the creators make a copy for your character (example) My character name is "Garrawr" (not really) and I play in the server Garithos (Not true, again) Anyway, once you enter on that character (Garrawr on Garithos) The addon is unlocked for all the other characters in any other servers.

Now the way to crack this (quite simple actually, here's a neat guide of how to make a private server.) http://www.mmowned.com/forums/ascent...-s-repack.html Is to make a private server with the same char. name as the guy who actually bought it, then proceed to create a char with the same name and it will be unlocked for every other char! (Don't forget to make the private server account same as your real account!)

And no you can't just share it, it works for some-one once they've logged onto an account/server/character.

And no the WTF folders trick doesn't work.

Yeah so you name the account (priv serv account) same as your real account, problem solved?

And I don't really get it, why would mmowned put it on the "private" website side :confused:

Idd, I used the other guide posted on here but Carbonite was just updated so its disabled now.

You can just create a private server with the exact realm name and character name (I did it) and it works fine when you boot your normal WoW up.

No, I pay WoW. The thing is, blizzard has 9 million subscribers, my dad after around one month let me have it.

But a small addon site etc, (I know it's safe) There's just no chance that they would let me get it. (Their credit card) Now, please shut up.

If you must know my mom once messed up and ordered some shit online from a scam site and lost what? around 1000 bucks so yeah, since then they have been really paranoid, but can you blame them?
