May i add Focus Frame? One of the most important AddOns for me in arena.

FocusFrame creates another target when you type (or macro'd) /focus on a player, this way you can change targets while you keep your focus frame to oversee the focus target if he or she heals or tries to crowd control.

Im using pitbull in this demo so you dont need the addon focus frame. a UF will apear when you use your /focus macro

Ah ok, i dont use pitbull myself because im used to the normal blizzard ui unit frames.
