Problem with a locked account

Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I joined because I needed some heavy-duty help on retrieving a compromised account back. I've had this one account for over a year, and I was hacked several times because of a keylogger. Now, the Blizzard is asking me for a Photo ID. The only problem is that I am not the OO of the account, so I do not have the ID.


Is there any way around getting an ID? Also, if not, is there any photoshopper who could help me out for a price?
