If it was stolen the original owner of the credit card will probably file a dispute against the charge, fill out an affidavit and have the charge credited back. The account will then be frozen (not technically), you will ONLY lose time if you change the password, the account will be active as long as you don't change the password.

Then, if you want to play the account again you will have to send in a money order, and you will end up spending more money then what the subscription originally cost. Overall you're not really going to get in "trouble" for this. But there is a possibility, they probably log IPs of who add subscriptions and what not.

Do you think if blizz contacted me or something I could just say someone attempted to hack me and thought he had control, so the guy probably added the credit card to the account. Actually that is a decent idea. But not sure if they keep in-game logs. You could tell them someone hacked me and thought I would never get the account back, then when I did he disputed the subscription he added onto the account. It sounds like a good plan, you won't get caught, because it wasn't your fault that he used a stolen credit card. You didn't know obviously, he's at fault here.

Worst thing that happen is they cancel your CC (If its fake) and make you use a REAL one lol... And if you use another Fake CC you will maybe get more delt with. I used PlayNC time with my generated CC and its not working anymore, only on wow.

The thing is, the card isn't fake, it might be stolen. So he was worried if anything could happen to him; legal wise of course.

I could just say I didn't really look at how much game time I have and didn't notice that there was a sub set up, and that I wasn't planning on adding any more time or something. For some reason my time isn't expiring so I finally take a look in my account management page and see there's a sub set up. And it was a different IP then mine when the sub was added so I think that should work if they even do contact me.

Yeah and also I actually paid 10 bucks for the person to do this. I don't know for CERTAIN it's stolen but I'm pretty sure it is because how would they make profit doing this if I pay them 10$ but the 1 month sub costs 15$.

Yeah I didn't fully think it through, mainly because the person had quite a bit of rep on the site so I didn't think anything would happen.
