And as for your "Keep that in mind. And before you accept an invitation code" try reading what you just pasted... it says "if someone you invite gets warned/banned, you might get warned/banned too." Meaning I am the one who gets warned if someone who has accepted my invitation gets warned, not them. So I am in fact the one risking my reputation here, not anyone else.
