The under the time part dont give em enough time to think, lets say some one sends you an IM says hello we have selected a random ip and the one we got is yours you have 60 seconds by accepting you are going to recive 1million $ if you dont you dont get any......you would probably say yes then he says okay we need name phone number ect ect ect and bank number and pin and well he effed ya up get the point? just dont steal peoples cash steal there WoW accounts!
