So, this is a little scam a friend and I have thought of, and it will work some of the time. If this scam does work, you will end up with a WoW game card. I didnt find anything after I searched, so here you are.
Step 1: Get a telephone number of any store that sells WoW time cards. (Wal-mart, Target, Kmart, EBGames, ect.)
Step 2: Call in and ask for a rep in the Electronics Department.
Step 3: Make up a story about how the store you called might have recieved a botched shipment. This one right here will do just fine... "Hello, my name isand I work for Blizzard's Customer Service department. Earlier this week there was a mixup when we sent out
your stores shipment of World of Warcraft Game Time Cards. Can you help me sort this out?" They should have no problem helping you out. After they agree to help you, tell them that they need to go get a time card box, and read you the code on the card so you can "cross check it with the system" to see that their shipment is ok. All while you are writing down the code.
Step 4: Read it back to them to see if the code is right.
Step 5: Go ahaid and use it on an account or sell it.
NOTE* You might want to *67 your call (makes that call a "private caller" so that they cannot read your number) OR use the Online Phone Service called "Skype" (they give out free 5-10 min trials and all you need is a computer microphone) so that the store you called cannot trace it back to you. Happy Scamming!
THIS DOES NOT WORK ALL OF THE TIME, IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE PERSON YOU GET. But after you try a couple times, you will most likely have a new gamecard. And the calls only take about 5 minutes each.

Sounds well thought out, but you're right, it would depend on who you got ahold of.

Me:Hello I am Fred Smithers from the Blizzard Entertainment Shipping Department, and it appears we sent a botched order of World of Warcraft time cards to .
Tool: Oh ok.
Me: I'm calling to sample one of the codes on the cards to make sure that what is printed on it is in-line with our system. So could grab one of those cards for me?
Tool: Um, sure one second let me get one.
*pause*
Tool: Okay I have it.
Me: Could you scratch the part covering the code off and read the code out to me?
Tool: Sure.
*pause*
Tool: Ready?
Me: Yes.
Tool: Blalbblablalbalbalbal9571051.
Me: Thank you very much. Bye now.
Tool: Okay bye!

Me: Hello, this is John Freeman from Blizzard Entertainment from Paris. I have a little problem, do you have a moment?
He: Good day sir, how can i help you then?
Me: Well, it appears that we have sent a package of World of Warcraft Time Codes to your Store.
He: Hold on, i need to check the system for that.
Me: Alright.
He: Mhh, 250x World of Warcraft Prepaid 60 days code. Is that what you mean?
Me: Yes it is. The problem is, we need to check if we have sent your store the right codes. So do you mind giving me a code to check the database?
He: Sure how do i do this?
Me: In the box there's a little card inside, cratch of the silver covering to reveal the code.
He: Ah here it is. The code is :
Me: Good, here in our database it says that code is valid, wich means all of the codes are okay. Thank you for your time. Goodbye.
He: Bye..
Kekekeke. That didnt really happen, but it could go like that :>

Haha, have any of you guys ever suceeded with this?
you got to be stupid as hell to do that... i mean wtf they can check to what acc the code is used for and you'll get your ass pwned, this is criminal.
How would they check if they didn't know you called a store?
Look at your post, now back to mine; Now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate content, it could look like mine. Look down, backup, where are you? You're scrolling through threads, reading the post your post could look like. What did you post? Back at mine; It's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again and the reply is now diamonds.
Anything is possible when you think before you post. The moon is shrinking.

These types of scams seem as though there would be a low rate of success. In addition, it does not seem very plausible that the store would be called up by Blizzard, and then asked to read off a time code. But perhaps I'm wrong. Asking an employee to open a shipment and open a box, losing $30 on part of the store, seems not up to regulations and custom. Again, I could be wrong.
And on the advent of advertising other threads, I would suggest this:

Where do you buy and return your time cards kelat? i tried to do this at walmart i bought 3 without did what you did and they didnt take em back. of course i talked to the supervisor saying "no no look at the back it cant be returned unless scartched" she still didnt take it back.
