By the way to all the people flaming me this is not working YES IT DOES but just in some cases depends on how the scammer got his paypal works for me 1/3 times but you can still try what ya got to loose
Had last confirm now just sent a screen to paypal and they got the money back to me.
IMPORTANT block the scammer on msn or never chat with him for he could use your chat with messenger as a proof.
Usually i never block them and have fun hearing them say "omg how did u do that bastard how did u do that " but never answer and let them type for hours.
