Before we start please don't flame me this is NOT a repost.

Of course you know Hasselhoff's great chineese scam.
Basically theese guys go around markeedragon sooling mainly for selling offers.
They contact you and they want immediately to send the money even without an in-game show.

Remember don't scam legit people just post a selling thread with your contact info and wait for one of theese guys to contact you.
When they send you the money they will ask for account information and when they have it will open a recall.

A recall is a disclaimer opened by a buyer on PayPal and unfortunately the buyer has 99.9% chance of winning for you (seller) have no PROOF to show to PayPal.

We can make this proof by ourselves.
So before he sends you the money ask him for his paypal e-mail address because you want to request the payment from him try and remember his PayPal e-mail address and sign it on a piece of paper.


IMPORTANT DO THIS BEFORE HE PAYS YOU!!!!
Go to a Fake Mailer as SOOM.CZ OR EVILPAGE.COM
Write an e-mail.

From: (HIS PAYPAL E-MAIL)
To: (YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL)

Content:

As you requested I send this e-mail to you as you have been
a great seller for me safe and legit.
You gave me your Digital product to me before I sent any kind of
payment.
I feel I really need to send this e-mail too you because I love the World of Warcraft Account.

Thanks you very much you are one
of the safest sellers on the web

Have him send you the money and open disclaimer.
Use this e-mail you sent by yourself as a proof to PayPal.

FROM: (His paypal)
To: (your PayPal)

Content HAHA SCAMMED YOU IDIOT JUST RECALLED THE MONEY FROM PAYPAL YOURE AN IDIOT HAHAHAHA I RULE!!!!!
LOVE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE BEST PART IS I STOLE IT FROM YOU MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Does not work, as the chinese use stolen paypals to purchase accounts. Unauthorized Transaction Claims overrule everything, no matter what precautions you take. Even if he disputes the payment and then closes it AND does this method AND even tells paypal on the phone that he won't dispute it, the payment will be reversed and you'll get owned by the chargeback.



People stop repping until you try this and have it fail for yourselves...

Once you give them this info, how long does it usually take for the dispute to be undone and allow you to safely access your money without getting your account limited?

A big difference I discovered between Canadian and American paypal accounts: Canadian accounts allow you to send money to other paypal accounts without being verified... American accounts don't grant this privilege.

So... once the dispute is settled, is it secure enough to transfer your canadian scam account's earnings over to your regular paypal, or is that still too risky?

If it is too risky still, could anything be done, like just delete the scam account once the money is transferred?

yes can be done but looks more legit to paypal using an email you can try that but paypal may 90% get suspicious and do further investigations

Why and how does paypal just totally accept your faked email as 'proof'? Can't they just figure that you wrote the whole thing up in a text file?!

Or is there some option to send it to them in a more acceptable webpage format?
