Account Transfer Question(s)

I did search this topic, but did not find any definitive answers regarding all of my questions.

I'm looking to transfer a character from an account I scammed, to a new account I will soon make. I have a few questions regarding the new account information.

1. Does the new account need to have the same FIRST and LAST name?

2. The same address, contact info, etc?

3. What method do I use to contact Blizzard to initiate the transfer? Phone support? In game?

1. Just last supposedly, but I always use first as well anyway to be safe.

2. No, but I do that as well to be safe.

3. It's in the account management... "Paid Character Transfer" Hard to miss unless you've never entered your Account Management.

please ban the old account permanently. oterhwise if they recall it, they can have the transfer reversed
