account-to-account transfer question

hello,
i know the last names must match, and you have to know both secret question and answers for account-to-account character transfer but is there anything else? like do i need access to both account's registered e-mail addresses etc. ?

You need to be the owner of both accounts.
But you can just pretend xD
But you need other accs pass if im right (i did this for not so long ago)

if you're US, you only need the SQ/A of the target account. and no the emails do not have to match.

That's all you need, you don't need access to both of the accounts email addresses.
