Suspended Orginal Owner needed?

Hey I got an account where I have most information from, username pass , orginal keys (If he gave the right one).
But account is suspended for like 6 months now, cause they want orginal owner to send ID. Any other way how I can get the account unbanned?

Well if you have first and last name, you can ask one of the many great photoshoppers on here to photoshop a fake i.d. and fax them the info
