the mostly chinese guys dont even own their paypal account. they scam the accounts and they get suspended after they send you the money. so to close the dispute is pretty hard for them.

Thats possible. I myself bought 10k gold for my main account. I've also bought online things like CD keys and timecards. Pretty much anything online.

You could get a prepaid visa in any Walmart, K-mart, or any other store in the general store.
