I know on an unverified account when a person hold the money it results in the limiting of your account does this also happen when your verified? And also are "disputing" the money and "holding" the money the same thing?

You recommend a verified paypal account, but in order to verify one don't you have

to give personal information such as social # ect. I mean obviously you don't need

to have a verified paypal to get by scamming a china man but when you think about

it this can be used on anyone so is it possible to verify a paypal without giving

personal information? (I didn't think it was)

Im not sure, but you can Withdraw funds to your bank account(Here in norway you can get one when you are 13 yrs old).
