I know that Clovian uses this scam (I sold him one or two accounts) and you can expect that everyone, who wants to buy US accounts+Last Name in the trading section is doing this, too.

I was asking if there was any EU guides like this..

For making transfers in the EU you need to know the SQA, so theoretically it is possible.
There are one or two guides here in the scam section, that tell you how to find them out through different websites, but I didn't try it out yet.

Yea, it's kinda easy to scam Username/PW or just to get them in those free accounts threads.

Well I quess there is alot better options, like using outdated glider/hack etc. You dont have to use credit card in those ones
