[Help] Fully taking control of an account

hey, today i scammed an account with a nice character (thanks to you guys<3) . i got all the info like cd-key, secret question & answer etc. i changed e-mail & password, but i couldnt change the secret question due to ID thing. is it possible that account owner can recover his account? or is there any other way to fully gather control of the account? :confused:

It's impossible to change the SQA of an account.

It's ALWAYS possible that the account owner can recover his account.

Although, if you read the section of my guide on recalls, you can learn a way to make it unlikely that he can recall it.

Make a second account and transfer his character from account A to account B, then use a detected speedhack or something similar and get account A banned.

I agree with Verye, hes posted the best possible solution, Allthought I would add its unlikely he'll be able to get it with just the secret question.

You can recall any account by knowing the first name, last name, and SQA.

You call Billing and say "I no longer have access to my email, could you please switch my email for me?" They'll ask for the first name, last name, and SQA. Once you answer properly, they will switch the email over.

Having the email of an account is, believe it or not, the most important part.
