Selling/making an account safe?

Hello.

I was wondering what the best site to sell wow accounts - that pay instantly and do not require phone call or something like that. And no ID-Photo. The accounts is scammed ofc. But are there any sites that actually buy this stuff in the way i mention anymore?

And to my second question - How do you keep your scammed account safe? What is the best way?

1st Question: I only know two sites; accounts.net and toonstorm. I went to both and they told me the name has to be the same on the paypal account/WoW account. If it's not, they will not accept the account.

2nd Question: The best way to keep it safe is buying all three keys, make an account using the same last name as the previous account and transferring off the characters to the clean account. Than ban the old account.

There is no way to make an account 100% safe, the owner can always fax a copy of their ID to Blizzard and can get their account back. If u are looking for a site that buys gold, check this one out
