no they can not, because i tried doing the same thing...they did tell me they are planning it in the future...but this was about 7-8 months ago...and that was for paid char transfer heh

Phone em up and ask them. They may charge a shit load of cash or they may do it for standard transfere rate. Worth a try if you ask me.

as I have said, i have called and asked for a similar ordeal, and they wont do it cause they are lazy! =) but yeh, you can try again but youll prolly get the same deal i got the old "We are not doing that at the moment, but we are planning to do it soon..." ... *headbutts blizz*
