Scammed account

So i ended up scamming this account, with full info except secret question and some how he found my email adress. Can he get me banned, since that email adress links to my Main accounts ?

If he had enough evidence that you did it, im sure blizzard will do something.

just make another email account and change the email of your main accounts,

just a bit safer that way
