How do I check infractions/warning/ect?

How can I check what kind of warnings and infractions my account has? I know I have them, but I want to know how many, and for what ect. Ive deleted a lot of emails, so I def. don't have those.

Can anyone help me out? I'll rep you if you can figure it out.
