How final is the final warning?

I got my "Final Warning" sent to my e-mail a few weeks back and was wondering how "final" it is. If I get reported for cursing, joking in trade chat, ect will that get me get me perm banned? I have 4 70s on the same account and want to know if I should x-fer em off before its to late

For profanity etc they won't ban you (speaking from personal experience) but if you do any botting/cheating they will hit you with a perma ban with barely any "investigation."

I got 3 Final Warnings before I got my perma ban.
