Safest Way to sell an account

Ok so I leveled a BE hunter to 70 when BC hit and now I want to sell my 70 troll hunter on the same account... I'm going to transfer the troll to a new account and sell it, but I want to know how to do it safely.

Could you please tell me what steps and precautions I need to take to make sure I will not be scammed.

Well, just look around in the scam section and read all of the ways to scam people. Get some general knowledge, so that if you see any of the sign that you may have read of, then you would know. Also be patient, double check and just be 100 percent. If anything seems fishy, even if it may be a great offer think twice about it.

You could always sell it to a company that resells, i did that when i wanted to quit WoW got £90 for it, which is close to $120 or so.

Funny thing is, they got my Secret password and anwser and changed the pass. I wanted to play WoW again after a month so i retrieved the account. Put a file into the WoW-europe retrieval part. Saying it was a keylogger and that my MSN email password is the same as my WoW password so they must of changed it like that. I then input my details and such, my old secret pass and my CD key for BC and 3 days later, kablamo.....got my account back then transfered all my 70's on to a seperate account.

Don't mean to hi-jack here, but could anyone tell me of any trust worthy sites to trade on as im interested in selling / trading my 70 Mage and 70 Rogue
