need some help

alright, so im fairly new to the scamming business, but so far ive got a bunch of decked out accounts with all the info (account name/pw, first name/last, city, state, zip, email, phone, and possibly the secret answer to their account) but, from what im seeing without FULL access to their email theres nothing else i can do with the account? is it possible to call blizzard and takeover some of these accounts with all the information ive got?
