Sorry to hear about everyone's loss losses.
When they've done this in the past, if you've been put against wintrading teams multiple times, or gained some rating as a result of someone elses wintrading (them not accepting queue, leaving game, not doing anything to lose on purpose) then you are classified as a wintrader in their system.
So I am possibly banned for queuing up against another team that could have insta-lost and this is MY fault? This is insane.

Yes it is insane, but that's how it works because you "benefited" from it. At the same time, they have no way of knowing whether you were or were not complicit in it. Other people doing wintrading incorrectly gets innocent people banned, sadly.
It isn't Blizzard's strong point.

Do they actually do anything when investigating the appeals? I've played WoW since Vanilla and have between 250 and 300 days played in-game. I have NOT done anything wrong! I can't believe I got banned when I knowingly did absolutely nothing wrong!

RGB Boosting sucks.
You can run Mythic Nighthold 10/10 if you buy it (for money or gold) and you won't have any issues, but If you buy RGB Boosting, you are getting an unfair advantage. You can literally join groups that, let's say, want 2,2k Rating XP and you post you fake ACM and you alone are ruining their actual grinded Rating. No one cares about PvE.
Also be careful on Gold now, since they invented their new shit with gold. They will probably will look more closely on Goldbuyers, since Blizzard is now losing money of that. If you Main Account is like 2010ish old, don't risk anything. If you get permabanned, you will hate your life. :P

A guildie got banned for this as well, PVP Exploits, he doesn't even do PVP aside from 3 weekly wins (RBG) we all do as a guild for extra AP, none of us got any bans except him and he only queues with us.
Professional Challenge Mode Carries seller

Appeals are near useless after a banwave. They get so many appeals they don't have the manpower to check all of them thoroughly.

Has the EU Banwave rolled out yet?

All I could get out of a supervisor from Blizzard on the phone was that:
-I was banned for something related to PVP in this expansion
-Whatever they THINK I did was something that I supposedly "obviously knew I was doing something wrong"
I don't even know what the hell they are talking about!
My main character from Vanilla is gone now, with over 275 days played. Over nothing that I did wrong! This is an obvious false positive, yet they don't seem to even acknowledge the possibility of that when I try to contact them. The response to the appeal process seems automated and supposedly they take "every ban seriously and only issue a ban after careful consideration". Careful consideration my ass! When an innocent player gets banned for no reason, there's nothing innocent about that.

Same, I have had my account since vanilla wow. Literally nothing bad on it no suspensions no violations nothing. Then i join a RBG team that's apparently exploiting something without me and prolly a few others knowing about it and i get a permanent ban. On an account that's never been given a suspension or even a warning. They didn't even read any of the appeals at all. How is it with the big amount of appeals they are getting that an investigation thats supposed to take as they say 48 hours get a closed verdict within 16 hours of submitting it? The only possibility is that they didn't read any of them and just flagged all for a denied appeal.

I was only ever in 1 Rated Battleground. Just 1.
Banned, entirely on that account. It was my oldest account. Every method of contact. Phone they hang up. Tickets they hang up.
I had the character for ten years.
I want to cry.
I didn't even know what win trading was until it was brought up in this thread and I looked around. I never really PvP.

You've lost all credibility. I normally don't want to side with Blizzard, but you probably did do it and you're not a very good liar. You need to stop lying. Don't act like you just stumbled across a video when you made it yourself, *******.
