What actions could be "exploitation of game mechanics"?

Looks like some are getting overturned and getting 30 days of game time to compensate where as others are getting anywhere from 3 day to 6 month suspensions.

Guildie of mine just came back. He got his ban lifted and got 30 days of game time for being wrongly banned.

Funny because he kept getting his appeals shut down with Blizz basically saying "We did an investigation and we won't be uplifting the ban. This decision will not be changed."

The legal team watches them like a hawk, so the copy and paste thing is pretty much standard policy.
They do have someone look into the case again, at least once, but how thoroughly they look is a crap shoot.

I see the timer on Bnet app on the "locked" icon. my perm ban is now a 6 months ban.

Mine is still banned. I put a ticket in to see if that helps.
