I got 4 account on private server, i want to arena boost myself. how to do it wisely?

Hello all!
so i got 4 max levels account on a 3.3.5a server,
looking to play agaisnt myself and boost.

i started to level up the rating of both arena teams to 1000-1200~
and then started to win some games..
the rating still pretty close between the 2 teams but i dont get queue anymore!
why is that?
how to bypass it?
someone have experience in such things and methods?

Rating doesn't matter for ques, MMR does... You see the average of you and your teammates MMR after every arena match.
Also, wintrading like that is super easy to notice

we making like 3 wins, 1 lose.. 2 wins.. 1 lose.. 1 lose.. 3 wins.. but mosly we are winning.
so thats very strange since we all have 800-1200 MMR yet
