Legion flight paths bug?

While leveling with two friends we noticed they had all the legion flight paths unlocked, while I still needed to talk to the flight masters to acquire them.
First we thought it had to do with levels or classes, but we figured it might have to do with the fact they both played lvl 100 boosted charakters while mine was manually leveled all the way.

For investigation purposes:
I'm warrior, they are druid and rogue and we are all 110 now, they have all flight paths unlocked while I still miss the ones I never visited.

Does anyone have information about this?

Boosted chars indeed have all Legion flight paths. It's pretty awesome.
