Buying Account Help

Hello I am looking to buy a account which I would want to move one character from the bought account to the one I use. I want to make it as safe as possible where I wont lose the achievements. I'm not worried about the toon because i plan to delete it after it has been used to transfer the achievements. Any help on how I do this would be great.

This can be a problem since the last name on both accounts must be the same in order to transfer characters between them, as far as I know.

yeah the last name could be a problem, but I managed to get a few accounts last names changed, using fake IDs and such. Just avoid it, you'll be the safest that way
