blizzard unfairly banning me

so it all started a couple weeks ago I decided to start responding to angry little insecure men in trade chat making them angry whilst staying within the tos and not breaking any rules.. ever since then I've found myself getting banned for absurd reasons that I've never been banned for in the past 9 years

my first recent suspension was for calling someone in private message a dickhead. (fair enough I guess)

but then yesterday I was banned for "scamming" when I In fact didn't scam anyone, somebody had accidentally mailed me gold and when they confronted me asking for it back I refused and the day later I received a 24 hour ban for "scamming" I tried to appeal this ban but received an email that they had looked into it again and had came to the same conclusion..

which brings me to now just before I was banned for saying " you guys are pussies " and along with that I was also banned for an ANAL joke from which I sent weeks ago from when the servers were going down and everyone was spamming and I received a 72 hour ban for that..

I can only see this as blizzard targeting me for upsetting some of their more stupid subscribers and although the solution is obviously simple and that is to make sure im 100% of the time going by their rules I don't believe I should be banned for saying "you guys are pussies" ( apparently that falls under: Harassment - Extreme Sexuality/Violence)

None of their bans seem unwarranted to me. You don't sound like a player I would want in a game I'd made.

Well, the only ban here that seems out of the ordinary to me is the "scamming" one. And the reply you got very much seems like a copy paste to shut you up.
The rest of them, are indeed legit imo. Be nice and you won't be banned.

Remember that blizz doesn't need a reason to ban you if they want to.

thankyou for your reply yes I understand how the bans were indeed warranted (apart from that scamming one that was complete and utter bullshit) the thing is ive never heard of someone getting banned for saying "you guys are pussies" that seems like a extremely pathetic reason to get banned especialy since I wasnt using it in an abusive manner and was just bantering along with people in a bg furthermore the definition of a pussie/***** is a cat? so calling people cats is now against the rules? I just dont feel as if I would be banned before I started upsetting alot of virgins in trade chat

It's not allowed to use words such as "pussies" etc. You may think it's a pathetic reason to give out a ban, but some GM's are more strict than others. Don't play with technicalities, you never know who's assigned to your case.

fair enough thankyou for your responses I have no problem with waiting out the ban I was just hoping to get some other peoples opinions which I now have

however I just cant help to feel im either getting extremely unlucky with incompetent GM's or I'm being targeted

I had a similar experience.
I had an IGN that was "Rapekongen". Someone reported me, and I'm guessing the GM that took my case had either been raped/knew someone who had or strongly disapproved of my IGN.
I tried explaining that it meant "burpingking" in norwegian, but he wouldn't hear me out and just instantly banned me. I was salty at first, but then again my IGN WAS pretty harsh. So I'm not salty, just moving on Did get a free namechange tho, thanks blizz!

yeah over the years I've had some pretty questionable run ins with some GM's but nothing ever like this multiple times in a row over a short space of time im honestly scared of logging back in and saying something that a gm might be able to get away with banning me for or even opening my mailbox and accepting items thats in it (lol)

well.. with the world in general not noticing how focused they all are on correctness.. what's proper.. what people are entitled to.. rights.. offense.. so on & so forth.. whatever words or turn of phrase do it for you..

it won't be long 'til someone can report you for having a mount that made them feel less adequate as a player & bam.. in their mailbox is that mount..

In regards to the "scam ban" it a broad stretch, it's legit. Think of it like this - you pay a guy 25 gold to sign your guild petition, he takes the gold, deletes the character and makes another one, so that he can take your gold again and get more. That's a scam.

If you take someone's gold, without returning it if there was no agreed trade, then it's a scam. Admittedly it's a broad stretch, but technically, if you didn't return the gold, it's a scam.

if i remember correctly, some streamers have been banned for same reason.. ppl did trade/send them gold without getting anything in return (eventhough one can think they were gifts), some douch decided to report and streamer got banned for 2-3 days
