Have Blizzard accomplished banning of Private Servers?

Hi again, I don't know where to put this thread because no of the headlines says question's are allowed but this one.

I was just wondering if blizzard has been able to disable private server's or atleast some versions?

When I set up my server (antrix guide) every program runs as it should, but when I try to log in, I get this message:

"Unable to validate game version. This may be caused by file corruption or the interference of another program. Please visit World of Warcraft Europe -> Support for more information and possible solutions to this"

What is the solution to this accuring problem? And is it because I run wrong guide? Incase, what "noob" guide should I follow?

check your reamlists and patch make sure the server si stable and no files are corrupted.

Your not the right patch for the server your wanting to play on.

If blizzard cracks down WoWtoxic would be the first to go

Alright thanks, I guess I'll just reinstall all my programs then .. bah
